So You Think you know about Dinosaurs! with Dr Ben Garrod - 8 March, 6 pm the Corn Exchange.  The hit stage show starring dinosaur aficionado Dr Ben Garrod.  An exciting pre-historic adventure.  Tickets Adult £17.50, child £14.50.

Ickworth - Spring Trail - throughout March.  Follow the trail map and embark on a journey of discovery across the estate.  Find out about the natural world and learn more about the women who helped shape Ickworth.  Ickworth, The Rotunda, Horringer, Bury St Edmunds.

Lavenham Guildhall - Spinning Demonstrations - 8, 15, 22, 29 March.  Visit Lavenham Guildhall on one of the spinning days and see the volunteers in action.

Lavenham Guildhall - Discover Lavenham's Secrets - Saturday 10 March.  A short talk about the Guildhall followed by a guided walk around historic Lavenham.  A lovely light lunch is included.  Tour lasts around 2 hours, start 10.30 and ends 1 pm.  Booking is essential tel: 0344 2491895.

Ickworth - Living History, Opening up the House - Sunday 11 March.  See the 1930s basement in action with the Living History Servants.

The Magic of Minsmere Weekend Walks - throughout March until Sunday 25 March.  Discover more than 5,300 species and a wealth of history in a series of guided walks with a member of the RSPB Minsmere team.  Walks begin at 9.15 am and last 3 - 4 hours.  Tickets cost £8, children £4.  Booking is essential tel: 01728 648281.

Raptors Revealed - An Introduction to Falconry at Framlingham Castle - Friday 16 March.  Learn about, handle and fly falconry birds with professional trainers.  Hot drinks and cake are served upon arrival.  1 pm - 4 pm.  Experience costs £55 and available for English Heritage members only.

Kentwell Hall's Lambing and Gardens - Saturday 17 March, Friday 23 March.  kentwell is home to a flock of rare-breed Norfolk Horn Sheep and lambing begins in mid March.  See the newborn lambs in the Tudor Stables or the older lambs on the front lawns of the Hall.

Melford Hall - Tales from the High Seas, Saturday 24 March.  Join one of the naval history experts as he recounts tales of the Hyde Parker naval exploits.  Meet in the library.  Start 2 pm - 2.15 pm.

Kentwell Hall's Easter Re-creation Tudor and Egg Hunt Event, Friday 30 March.  This year Kentwell Hall's Easter Festivities is set in and around one of England's finest Tudor homes is more magical, more traditional and combines Tudor splendour with over 100 costumed Tudors.
